Refund policy

This information is only relevant to purchases made direct from the Crazy Skates website. If you purchased our products through another retailer or online marketplace, please refer to their policies and customer support teams.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

The best way to exchange an order is simply place a new order for the item you want and return the item you already have for a refund. This ensures we have your item in stock & available, plus, this allows us to ship your new order whilst waiting for your return, saving time.

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted when:

  • Items were purchased in the last 30 Days
        -OR- end of January for items purchased in November or December
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • Items are in their original condition - unworn, undamaged and unmarked with all tags attached and returned with their original packaging or display box (please note the box must be unmarked/undamaged also)

    RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

    We do not offer FREE returns. You are responsible for the cost to return items.

    REFUNDS

    We process REFUNDS the same day we receive your return. After inspection, we will process your refund via the same method as the original form of payment. Please note, Banks, Credit Cards and PayPal can take 2-5 business days to process refunds before your funds are visible and/or available in your account.

    PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER?

    Did we ship you the incorrect item? Is there a manufacturing defect or fault? If you have any problems, please contact the Crazy Skates Team - mail@crazyskates.com 
    We will work with you to correct any errors, including covering the return costs with a FREE Return Shipping Label if required.
